Fleet Support

Map Group is recruiting for a dedicated Fleet Support professional to join our dynamic operations team. This is a key role in supporting and coordinating our vehicle fleet across the UK, ensuring safety, efficiency and compliance at every stage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact for fleet users, resolving queries and issues
• Monitor and utilise fleet tracking, maintenance and reporting systems
• Coordinate vehicle maintenance, repairs and ensure equipment levels are maintained
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, industry regulations and company policies
• Work collaboratively with internal teams and our wider supply chain
• Proactively identify and mitigate hazards to contribute to a safe working environment
• Support day-to-day operations both independently and as part of a team

Essential Requirements:

• Full UK driving licence
• Experience working within a fleet department
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance
• Understanding of utility industry standards and regulations
• Strong IT skills
• Willingness to travel nationally as required
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Solid understanding of health and safety practices
