Investing in Our People

At Map Group (UK), we believe that professional development is key to both individual and company success. That’s why we fully fund all apprenticeships and degree programmes for our employees, including providing paid study time to help them balance their education with their roles.

We currently support:

• 6 employees on the Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship, with 1 new apprentice due to begin in January 2026
• 1 employee on the Project Management Degree at Northumbria University
• 1 employee on the Chartered Surveyor Degree Apprenticeship, with 1 new apprentice due to begin in September 2025.

These opportunities form part of our long-term commitment to developing future leaders, enhancing skills across the business and supporting meaningful career progression.
