Candidates for this role will have:
• 3 – 5 years demonstrable fibre project delivery management experience
• Strong team and matrix management experience with remote / field-based staff, able to motivate your team and third party partners
• Experienced managing Build Assurance Engineers/Delivery Managers/Team Leaders/Fibre Engineers
• Experience of fibre-based telecommunications – FTTH, FTTx, MDU
• Familiarity with contracts and performance management of same
• Thorough understanding of NRSWA
• Good understanding of PIA engineering principles
• Understanding and experience with Civils, including the management of noticing, trenching, and reinstatement works
• Reporting and auditing capabilities, with a completer-finisher mindset and attention to detail
• Experience managing escalations and prioritising resolution, without impacting on the overall works program
• Good understanding of project management principles, including planning
• Ability to adopt a tactical approach to maintain progress to plan, without losing sight of the core mission
• Great communication and influencing skills
